Phosphine flow rate of FFS is 75g/min - 100g/min - 250g/min. Its average weight is 100 kg; and it is mobile thanks to its wheels. Air flow rate of the blower on it is 318 m3/hour - 420m3/hour - 1050m3/hour. The system is controlled through the PLC. It is controlled through making the necessary settings on the touchscreen panel of 7 inch & 10 inch. Moreover, it is possible to control the machine through connecting to the FFS on a wireless network by using a mobile phone, tablet or pc. The machine has internet connection by the sim card on it.

Before a fumigation application starts, the FFS tests the whole system and the pipelines through using nitrogen gas and sends data to the operator in the event of any leakage or fault. The relevant data is also immediately communicated to the technical support team through the internet. Thus, the technical support team gets in contact with the customer. Subsequently, the authorized agent connects to the FFS in order to provide the necessary technical support immediately.

After the fumigation application is completed, all pipelines will be cleared through using nitrogen gas so as to avoid leaving any residue of phosphine gas within the system. Therefore, the cylinder connectors of gas are safely removed. When the processes are completed, the fumigation application is successfully finalized.
