The phosphine flow rate of the FFS is 75g/min - 100g/min - 180g/min. FFS100 has an average weight of 180kg and can be transported easily thanks to its wheels. The blower on the system has an air flow rate of 318m³/h. - 420m³/h - 720m³/h. The system is controlled via PLC and operated through a 7-inch touchscreen panel where the necessary settings can be adjusted. Additionally, it is possible to connect to the FFS wirelessly via a mobile phone, tablet, or PC to control the machine. Thanks to the SIM card integrated into the system, the machine has internet access.

Before fumigation begins, the FFS tests the entire system and pipelines with nitrogen gas. If there is any leakage or malfunction, it notifies the operator. This information is also instantly transmitted online to the technical service via the internet. This allows the technical service to contact the customer. An authorized representative can connect to the FFS online and provide immediate technical support.

After fumigation is completed, all pipelines are purged with nitrogen gas to prevent any phosphine gas from remaining inside the system. This ensures that the gas cylinders can be safely removed. Once the process is complete, fumigation is successfully finalized.
