Phosphine flow has decreased.

Ensure the PH3 cylinder valve is open.

If the PH3 flow is decreasing even though the PH3 cylinder valve is fully open, the PH3 cylinder is running low on PH3 gas.

If the PH3 flow stops completely, follow the instructions and perform a "Purge" operation.
